Double Click on My Computer |

Step 2 ) Double Click on Dial-up Networking |

Step 3) Single Right Click on the PNGUSA icon |

Step 4) You should see this. Single Left Click on Properties |

Step 5) A new window will pop up, single Left click on the Server Types tab at the top |

Step 6) Single Left Click on Properties |

Step 7) In the Primary DNS: field, if it says something other then 65.116.40.10 Delete the numbers and enter this number exactly (Including the Periods:) 65.116.40.10 In the Secondary DNS: field, if it says something other then 65.116.40.254 Delete the numbers and enter this number exactly (Including the Periods:) 65.116.40.254 Step 8) Click OK Step 9) Click OK again Step 10) Click the X in the upper Right hand corner to close out of Dial-up Networking, and My Computer |

Click on the APPLE at the top Step 2 )Hover the mouse cursor over Control Panels Step 3 )Click on TCP/IP Step 4 )In the Box labeled Name server addr.: check and make sure the numbers that are entered are: 65.116.40.10 and 65.116.40.254. Step 5 )Click the Box in the Upper Left-hand corner of the window to exit. |
