Filtering unwanted E-mail in Outlook Express*

Let's say that we want to Filter any messages like the message we have highlighted above.

First you must open Outlook ExpressClick on Tools, then select Inbox Assistant.

Click on the Add button to create a new filter.

It will open up to this new filter.

This is set up to filter ANY messages with Jennifer in the subject. So if you know someone named Jennifer, you will want to be more specific like using Watch Jennifer

You can filter by any of the headings To:, CC:, From:, or Subject, but the subject usually
has the same Keywords, where as the To:, CC:,and From: usually change per mailing.
