as an option is: "Show all Headers". |

You will want to go to the section titled "Fonts and Display"
and put a checkmark in the box labled
"Show all Headers (even the ugly ones)" |
| In Netscape Mail, choose "OPTIONS"
from the options menu bar. Listed as an option is: "Show Headers"
--- then choose full headers |
In Pine, "h" displays full headers
and "f" will forward the message which
you are currently displaying. (NOTE: you must have headers enabled
to view them) |

"File" from the options menu bar. Listed as an

If the headers do in fact show it as a PowerNet Global subscriber, send
it with Full Headers to abuse@pngusa.net
If they come from anywhere else in the world, we are unable to
stop them, but here is what
you can do.
You can send the e-mail to their provider with full headers, and
they can stop them from spamming.
